Unique Nature of Handcrafted Products

Natural Variations: Bamboo, linen, and other natural materials may exhibit unique characteristics such as slight cracks, spots, or pattern variations. These are inherent to the material and craftsmanship, adding to the individuality of each piece.

No Defects: These natural traits are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Damaged During Shipping：
If your item arrives with damage caused during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos and a detailed description of the damage, and we will offer one of the following resolutions:

Repair: If possible, we will guide you through a simple repair process consultation.
